Brambleton Opens Innovative New Sales Center

May 15, 2008, BETHESDA, MD

Rosenthal Partners proudly announces the opening of an innovative multimedia sales center in the heart of the retail core at Brambleton, the award-winning master-planned community in affluent Loudoun County, VA. The showpiece of this soaring new space is a five-screen video environment with original and resident-created imagery, two interactive touch-screen maps, and six video kiosks highlighting each of BrambletonÕs homebuilders.

The new Brambleton Visitor Center will be an interactive, vibrant experience located in the heart of the Town Center.  The goal with the new space is to provide a sense of the energy and Òview from BrambletonÓ experience that exists in this delightful community and then introduce potential residents to the builders.  To bring the vision to life we have developed visual elements ranging from signage to builder displays to multi screen videos.  This is a completely unique space in the Brambleton Visitor Center and a first in the industry.

ÒWe have struggled to express all the great things about our prize-winning community. Traditional sales center methods just donÕt cut it. Rosenthal Partners brought us an innovative new way, one that is full of energy and wonder just like Brambleton,Ó says Kim Adams, director of marketing, Brambleton Group L.L.C. ÒThe most exciting thing about their approach is the way it incorporates our residents in the experience. It becomes genuine and authentic, which really gets to the heart of our value proposition.Ó

ÒWe knew the usual approach would never work. We had to find a technique to bring the Brambleton experience to life in a very unique way,Ó says Jim Lansbury, Rosenthal PartnersÕ creative director. ÒFive screens of high-def video encapsulate you with serene vistas, bustling boutique shopping, Sunday morning walks and rivalries on the soccer field. No other technique would get across the sense of life in Brambleton and no other technique could make the residents the star attraction.Ó

ÒWe really enjoy working with a unique and visionary developer like the Brambleton Group. Kim Adams and the team make our work truly rewarding. Our goal is let the rest of the region know about this beautiful community of Brambleton, not just for its great location but for shopping, entertainment, relaxation, and living the storied life Northern Virginia has become recognized for,Ó says Rosenthal PartnersÕ executive vice president Beth Johnson.
